Aston Villa v Brighton Betting Tips

Lamptey to be shown a card 0.5pts – 4.33 @ William Hill
McGinn to be shown a card 0.5pts – 5.5 @ bet365

First Premier League tips for the weekend. As with so many of my free football betting tips I like to wait for team news.

Going back to my favourite market for this game. Lamptey looks a no brainer. The Brighton right-back has been booked in 4 of his last 14 Premier League games.

The key here is the opposition. It’s likely he’ll come in contact with Grealish who likes to operate on the left. Grealish often tops the stat of “Most Fouled Player in the Premier League”. He likes to dribble and hold onto the ball which draws in fouls.

The 2nd tip is McGinn. A big price by bet365. The Scottish international is as short as 2.8 at PP/Betfair. His average odds of picking up a card is 3.42.

That makes the 5.5 on offer at bet365 look very generous. He’s already picked up 5 yellow cards for club and country this season.

The referee is Michael Oliver. Not the best for cards but the odds still warrant a wager. Good Luck.

2.1/5

Last season I changed my strategy to focus purely on the Premier League and post more tips from the Player Markets. I made £400 profit!!
